Situated on a narrow lot with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, this home was designed to maximize space on the ground level, achieved thanks to an open floor plan concept that makes room for an amazing infinity edge pool with beaches at either end for lounging.

To enhance the sense of spaciousness on this level, a series of double height spaces were created, “empty voids” that allow the second floor (where the bedrooms are located) to have unobstructed views of Dominical Beach. In addition to its contemporary look, these voids were designed not only to make the house feel larger, but also to mark the passage of time; the pergolas under the transparent roof above them cast different shadows on the walls depending on the time of day, and this is where the house becomes a different sensory experience for the viewer at each moment.
